- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number.
- Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If the product is eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds do not include the cost of shipping and handling.
